Mighty X

Mighty X Men and Mighty X Women Ministry is a ministry focused and designed to help you transition and stabilize your life in these changing times.  Being rescued from a life of crime, I found the greatest joy of my life when I looked to Jesus: the author and the finisher of my faith.  The world that we live in has no absolutes for you, but the one that I am talking about is absolute.  I encourage you to visit us on Tuesday evenings from 6-8pm at Faith Center.

Childcare is provided for our weekly meetings.  Mighty X Kids is a new and fresh ministry outreach that is designed to encourage your children, give them hope for the future and inspiration for today.  This is just one of the many outlets that flow from the heart of Faith Center. We pray God’s blessings on your life, that He would richly fulfill you in every way.

-Apostle Jonathan Byrd

Many women in the body of Christ are struggling to cope with life after prison. Whether it is a personal experience or the ordeal of a husband, parent, or child the impact of incarceration can be crippling.  In truth, however, both captivity and freedom are much more a spiritual condition than a physical place. Mighty-X-Women is a deliberate response to this need and provides a safe place for the transition process.

The weekly classes are designed to connect the student with the Healer, and to Truth, through worship, anointed preaching and teaching of the Word, and powerful prayer ministry.  Our goal is to equip each woman to better understand herself and the enemy of her soul and to empower her with principles of God’s Kingdom. The course of study includes some doctrinal basics and a journey into the human soul, along with all kinds of practical help.  Mighty-X-Women is a place to grow.  For some, it has been a lifesaver.

Perhaps you, or someone you know, would greatly benefit from such a ministry.

Hebrews 13:3

Remember the prisoners as if chained with

Them –those who are mistreated since-you

You are in the body also.

Mighty X Men & Women is a comprehensive instructional program that emphasizes a personal relationship with God and your neighbor. It is a call to learning that’s presented in a sequence of objectives. The goal is to provide them with outlets that will help them acquire the necessary tools to identify hidden barriers and unforeseen obstacles. Many who come to us have suffered broken childhood family issues. One the things we run into over and over again are their overwhelming need for acceptance and affirmation. Your acceptance and affirmation express what you lack security. Words what they hear, responses express what they see-self-image, how they view themselves. With positive encouragement, a strong hand and a tender heart we are able to reach the utter-most with the gospel of Jesus Christ. “The joy of seeing the weak made strong, the broken whole, the sick healed and demonic set free.” Brother, that’s heaven to Me!
